Day 22: Oslo
Welcome
Today we are driving west all the way across Sweden to play our final show in Oslo.
Yesterday we arrived in Stockholm at 4pm after a 7.5 hour drive and went straight to soundcheck. We played at a venue called Cirkus Arena, a building dating back to 1892 that was formerly used as a circus.
We had another early start today for the 500km drive to Oslo. The hotel included a free breakfast with our room so we didn't hold back. I had salami, cheese, tomato, capsicum, cucumber, pickles, sausage, meat balls, bacon, bread and a hard boiled egg.
We had to sit in a room for 15 minutes at the Norwegian border while our van was searched. They didn't find anything and didn't confiscate any of our food rubbish unfortunately.
