Day 12: Atlanta
Welcome
Yesterday we drove five hours from Nashville to Atlanta.
We started our day off by breakfasting at the Waffle House next to our hotel. I had a waffle and a hash brown.
The drive was very monotonous but we were kept entertained by the frenetic lane changing from all the highway drivers, and from listening to our favourite podcast Boners of the Heart starting Rose Matafeo and Alice Snedden.
We played a venue in East Atlanta called the Earl. The crowd was pretty wild and we had a great gig, perhaps even the gig of the tour according to some members of the band.

After the show we played cricket in the carpark until we hit someone's car and got yelled at.
My highlight of the day was when we checked into a hotel room to find that it had been trashed.
Beth of the day goes to Ben for driving, doing merch, packing down, and organising for people to give us heaps of snacks in exchange for comps. Good work Ben!
